Footwork, Speed, and Agility Training Session
Length: 30 minutes or 60 minutes sessions
Individual: 1 participant
or
Group: 2-10 participants (Max of 10 athletes)
Breakdown of Session:
By using an agility ladder, we will work on hips and lateral movements.
Parachute work, using wind resistance will start to build your quickness and speed which also helps with lateral movements.
