Group Training Session
Our group sessions are designed to give players the benefits of team-based drills, team-building skills, and concept skills.
Also focus on moving without the ball on offense, basket-cuts, decision-making, and passing skills.
Players bring their competitiveness and teamwork together to push each other past their limits.
Small-Group Session
Length: 60 minutes
Small-Group: 2-5 participants (Max of 5 athletes)
Breakdown of Session:
Players receive additional attention to improve their game. Fundamental basketball skills are stressed and applied during drills, contests, and competitive play.
Large-Group Session
Length: 60 minutes
Large-Group: 6-10 participants (Max of 10 athletes)
Breakdown of session:
40 minutes dedicated to skills and development and in-game concepts followed by 20 minutes of competitive play. Play with feedback and coaching.
Footwork, Speed, and Agility Training Session
Length: 30 minutes or 60 minutes sessions
Group: 2-10 participants (Max of 10 athletes)
Breakdown of Session:
By using an agility ladder, we will work on hips and lateral movements.
Parachute work, using wind resistance will start to build your quickness and speed which also helps with lateral movements.
